War existed between political and private clusters for many hundred years.

A guy who loved a woman ended the war. There was a fight between DoChun-Poung and Blood Evil Emperor. Lak-Sa abused "Blood Evil Emperor" who had taken care of him because Lak-Sa loved Sun-Gae who was the daughter of DoChun-Poung. After the battle, 4 groups which were afraid of the rebirth of Blood Evil Emperor chopped the corpse by 4 pieces and hid them into 4 different areas.

Many decades later
Sa-Do, who was a son of "Blood Evil Emperor," was barely alive. He collected the 4 pieces of the corpse to revive him by forces of evils
A black star appears upon the reunion of the 4 pieces
The Sun turned Black and people see two new suns which are red like a wild animal's eyes. In the dark skies, a Black Tornado absorbed all with loud sounds

No one knows how much time had passed
Some of survivals were not human anymore. They were turned into Half-human and Half-monster. They were called "Evil Monster" by themselves. Lak-Sa combined all monsters to one union. When he was abused by his woman, he turned into a monster; thus becoming an Emperor of monsters.

Lak-Sa became the strongest person in the world. He had force of both human and monster. He beat all martial arts masters continuously. Finally, he made a union of masters of martial arts to compete against him.

The Black star disappeared after the forming of Black Stones and Crystals. Twins were born in the place where the black stones and crystals had fallen.

10 years later
The union of masters of martial arts had fought with the monsters to a point where the world had almost recovered. Unfortunately, there were still murders by monsters. A boy and girl who had black eyes appeared; their force was strong.

Many years later, people called them "Black Snake" and "Small Cloud" They had super powers of evil. Lak-Sa and 4 groups wanted to use the power to suppress the world. Their plan was to track down the children.
