Wind Slayer also provides many unique gaming elements including a Character Customization system in which players can create and upgrade unique equipment that is unavailable in NPC shops by collecting specific materials.

Wind Slayer introduces blazing fast, 2D side-scrolling action in a combat system that rewards precise control and timing to the massively multiplayer online role-playing experience. The game's visual style harkens back to nostalgic fairy tales with its cute, anime style sprite-based characters and gorgeous Fantasy backgrounds.

Players are not limited to leveling up to strengthen their characters in Wind Slayer: they can upgrade their weapons by gaining weapon experience points in 1 on 1 fights. This feature encourages players to battle each other in 1 on 1 combat by rewarding them with weapon experience that will also add extra power to their weapons in role-playing mode.
