By having access to all of the races, to the plethoric bestiary and various Ryzom environment objects, players will be able, in a few clicks, to create scenarios and spaces within Ryzom¡¯s inimitable atmosphere and to become a Game Master.

  1) The Adventures

Become Game Master for a thousands players! The « Adventures » are scenarios that you create on temporary maps that other players can join with a simple click of the mouse.

  2) The Outlands

But the Ryzom Ring offers many more advantages than a simple editing tool. Beyond the ¡¡ãAdventures¡¡À, players will be able to create from scratch ¡¡ãOutlands¡¡À, new permanent regions of Atys..

  3) Become Pioneer¡­

Behind this term is hidden a very particular status that only meriting players will obtain from Nevrax. At the beginning, all of a player¡¯s creations will be temporary.  But, by achieving ¡¡ãPioneers¡¡À status, they can offer their creations (¡¡ãAdventures¡¡À and ¡¡ãOutlands¡¡À) to the whole Ryzom community with any restriction.

  4) Share

Editing as well as running a scenario can be realized in collaboration with other players very easily. Once the scenario is finished, you¡¯ll be able to share it via the Ring website or to keep it for yourself or to destroy it. You¡¯re the one who decides!

The Ring gathers people who work play and work hard¡­

1) Be invited¡­

As soon as a friend of yours invites you into one of his ¡¡ãAdventures¡¡À or ¡¡ãOutlands¡¡À, it is as easy as ABC. Just click to reply to the invitation.

2) ¡­Or invite yourself

When an ¡¡ãAdventure¡¡À or an ¡¡ãOutpost¡¡À becomes public (i.e. when it is created by a ¡¡ãPioneer¡¡À who wants to invite the whole community of Ryzom), you won¡¯t need an invitation anymore, you can be involved in any quest you want. Just choose it from the list on the website.

3) Self-service

The Ring website is a living interface between the users of the Ring. Whether you are new to the Ring or an experienced Pioneer, you will have the opportunity to download the scenarios and the ¡¡ãComponents¡¡À imagined by other players and include them in your own creations.

The tools of the Ring, at the same time powerful, intuitive and easy to use, will allow the most experienced players to fully script their scenarios without catching new designers off guard.

  1) WYSIWYG

This acronym refers to one of the pillars of the Ring: ¡¡ãWhat You See Is What You Get¡¡À. When you place buildings, creatures or NPCs, you do it from a 3D, in-game perspective; you can see directly how they will look and act in the game. With this ability, no surprises: you know exactly what to expect!

  2) Existing ¡¡ãComponents¡¡À

Some ¡¡ãComponents¡¡À or groups of elements making a coherent set, such as a bandit camp or a Kitins invasion, will be directly available for players, either in packs made by Nevrax or through the website, where they will be able to find other players¡¯ creations.

These components will allow the players to create their scenarios even faster and more easily.
