Elsword is a master swordsman that excels at close range combat. He's quick on his feet and can hack and slash with the best of them. Not only can he dish it out but he can take a lot of punishment as well. His only real weakness is magic but in his mind, there's nothing a sharp piece of steel can't beat.

Basic Combo

Combos are one of the highlights of Elsword Online. This simple system uses a combination of button presses using the 4 directional buttons ( ) and the 2 attack buttons, Z and X. As you level up into more advanced job classes, more specialized combos will be open to you. Then if you want to get really tricky, you can link combos and skills together to create masterpieces of devestation. The combos themselves have alternatives as illustrated by the branches in the chart. Start with these basic attack combos.

Z = Fast attack speed but low damage

X = Low attack speed but high damage

Sword Knight

Elsword Character - Sword Knight The Sword Knight is an amped up swordsman. With experience comes expertise. This job has a better combo technique and gains more MP than any other class. His melee attacks are uber powerful, strong enough to destroy armor and leave an enemy defenceless. He can also fight multiple targets at once. 1 on 1, though, he's almost unbeatable.

Additional Special Ability

Better combo styles
Combo are easier to link giving you more MP
Passive skill, Vitality, earns you even more MP than usual
Passive skill, Strong Body, gives you an extra 10% HP
Gains a field skill that allows you to hit multiple targets
Armor Break skill lowers an enemies defense

Sword Knight Combo

Description	Command Button
Longer combo that rushes and knocks down all enemies during his final strike.
Combo that throws enemy into the air.
Airborne combo that throws enemy into the air.

Magic Knight

Elsword Character - Magic Knight Magic Knight is a swordsman with some magic abilities. He has a flaming fist that throws fireballs to both distract and destroy. This gives the otherwise close quarter fighter a few ranged attacks that can be combined to make the hot headed Elsword an incendiary opponent. The Magic Knight is uniquely suited to control large mobs.

An additional hit from the previous combo skills that will unleash a big fireball technique from behind.
An additional hit from the previous combo that will unleash a big fireball from the air.
