The Panda race

Nothing is stronger than a body coursing with the vital energy of chi.
Find peace. From there, develop your strength. And you will have life. In the remote monasteries of their homeland, the pandas learn to sense and harness their life force - chi. Once they have learnt how to control it, they leave the confines of the monastery and set out to roam the world.
On their journey, the panda monks seek the wisdom and experience required to maintain ever greater control over their chi and - when necessary - to use it in combat; because although the peaceful pandas never start a conflict, they carefully observe as events unfold around them and are always prepared to charge blazing into battle should the delicate balance of nature ever be disturbed.
The monk class
In the monasteries and temples of their homeland, the pandas dedicate themselves to studying the flow of chi. As monks, they learn to channel the power of this life force - and to utilise it in combat, both short-range and from a distance.
Short-range combat
The panda monks form the fearless core of every army! Their corpulent bodies adeptly penetrate the opponent's front. They command respect in close combat, even from their sworn enemies.
Long-range combat
As sedate and tranquil as the monks outwardly appear, the chi flowing through their body and spirit is full of vitality and power. It is precisely this effervescent force which the monks convert into mighty fire power. They use it as a weapon in long-range combat, either picking off targets with precisely launched fireballs or inflicting massive area-of-effect damage with torrid flames.
Protection and strengthening
The power of chi is seemingly inexhaustible. Its positive effects can even be felt by the allies of the monks. Panda monks revitalise themselves and their comrades-in-arms with protection and strengthening magic.

Specialization and skills
The monks exert incredible control over their physical bodies and possess an immense power of spirit, and these attributes increase with every battle. The moral: train hard, fight harder - and develop stronger skills.
At level 15, every panda monk reaches a turning point and must decide whether to pursue the acquisition of spiritual power or to focus on increasing physical strength.
The panda monk visits the class instructor and chooses which of the two specialisations to train in.
It is often a difficult decision for a panda to make - to gradually learn how to harden the physical body or how to better utilise the powers of the spirit in battle?
Embarking down the chosen path, monks study diligently, building skill upon skill until level 40, at which point they become a master to train even more intently, perhaps one day fulfilling the prophesy of ELIGIUM.
The elven race

Don't look for the centre of the battle - look for your enemy's weakness.
More so than any of the other races of Galgaron, the Elves know how to conceal themselves and attack from the shadows. Beginning from childhood, they practice lying in wait in order to ambush their playmates or lure them into a trap. The culmination of their hunting skills is reached in maturity, when they enter into their first real battle.
The Hunter Class
Whether from the forests or from the city, Elves are artful Hunters, which makes them the unrivalled champions of long-range combat. They attack from a distance using the skills learned in their youth: precision archery and the cunning use of traps.
Long-Range Combat
The long-range sneak attacks of Elven Hunters are a nasty surprise for any enemy. They stalk their targets unnoticed and dispatch them from a distance with traps, javelins , and fatal volleys of arrows.
Short-Range Combat
While no other class can hold a candle to the Hunters when it comes to long-range fighting, they avoid close combat. At short range, their arrows, javelins and traps are rendered useless, and they lack the heavy armour to withstand direct blows.
Protection and Strengthening
Hunters take up the rear and back up their allies, making it nearly impossible to sneak up on them from behind.

Specialization and skills
The strength of their weapons and skills increases with every battle Hunters engage in. The more they fight, the more training they get, which allows them to become even more adept combatants.
At level 15, every Elven Hunter reaches a turning point and must decide whether to follow the way of nature or learn to fight from the shadows.
The Elven Hunter visits the class instructor and chooses which of the two specialisations to train in.
Embarking down the chosen path, Elven Hunters build skill upon skill until level 40, at which point they begin to train even more intently, perhaps one day fulfilling the prophesy of ELIGIUM.
The Human Race
The humans have seen times of war and peace, rises and falls, as well as endings and new beginnings. From their turbulent past, they have learnt to cherish friendship and solidarity and to eschew greed and resentment.
Twice the humans became embroiled in senseless wars. Twice they released the demons. But they could only defeat the demons once. Now their fate hangs in the balance, and victory depends on the humans’ ability to unite all the races of Galgaron in an alliance against the demon hordes.
1. The Warrior Class

Rise above greed and envy – and measure your wealth only by the strength of your allies.
Armed with the best in modern weaponry, warriors face their challenges head-on and fearlessly charge at every opponent they come across.
Long-Range Combat
As warriors were made for direct combat, they are not effective long-range fighters. The masters of short range thus form the ideal complement to their long-range allies.
Short-Range Combat
Warriors are at their best in the thick of the fray, where they employ their sword with precision, teaching enemies the meaning of fear.
Protection and Strengthening
Good warriors can act as a defensive barrier for their party. They hold enemies in check with their skilled command of weaponry, thus preventing the long-range fighters in the group from receiving damage.

Specialization and Skills
The strength of their weapons and skills increases with every battle warriors engage in. The more they fight, the more their skills improve, allowing them to become even more adept combatants.
At level 15, every warrior reaches a turning point and must decide whether to learn to protect party members with formidable shields or to rely even more heavily on swordsmanship.
The warrior visits the class instructor and chooses which of the two specialisations to train in.
Embarking down the chosen path, warriors build skill upon skill until level 40, at which point they begin to train even more intently, perhaps one day fulfilling the prophesy of Eligium.
2. The Mage Class

Rise above greed and envy – and measure your wealth only by the strength of your allies.
Mages gather knowledge about the elements in order to utilise them in battle. These mighty commanders of fire and ice make impressive opponents and valuable allies.
Long-Range Combat
Long-range combat against a mage is highly hazardous. From a distance, mages inflict prolonged suffering upon their opponents, engulfing them in a slow-burning flame or freezing them in ice – or they exact sudden, devastating damage with a fervent flare or an icy blast.
Short-Range Combat
Although mages love fire, they avoid the heat of close combat situations. Should they find themselves caught in the midst of a fray, they protect themselves by forming a solid shield of ice – or teleport to a safe distance.
Protection and Strengthening
Mages support their allies by paralysing opponents – or by slowly but surely thinning enemy ranks with area-of-effect damage.

Specialization and Skills
The strength of their weapons and skills increases with every battle mages engage in. The more they fight, the more their skills improve, allowing them to become even more adept combatants.
At level 15, every mage reaches a turning point and must decide whether to concentrate on fire attacks or utilise the daunting power of ice.
The mage visits the class instructor and chooses which of the two specialisations to train in.
Embarking down the chosen path, mages build skill upon skill until level 40, at which point they begin to train even more intently, perhaps one day fulfilling the prophesy of Eligium.

The Viridis Race

Nature is your strongest weapon. Alliance means life – together you can defeat all evil.
As former pupils of the Elves, the Viridis possess a great deal of Elven knowledge. They do not use this knowledge to protect nature, but rather use it as an effective weapon against the demons.
The Druid Class
The Druids are one of the most versatile classes of Galgaron, they are the masters of the body, life and death. They are wild beasts, masters of nature, and gentle healers.
Long-Range Combat
The Viridis can inflict great damage with their widely feared whips from afar. Or they summon powerful minions to centre place in battle and fight for them.
Close-Range Combat
Druids prefer to keep their opponents at a distance unless they are forced into close-range combat. In this case, they transform themselves into dangerous creatures with sharp claws, ripping into their foes mercilessly and without fear.
Protection
Druids are valuable protectors and are the source of life. No group can do without a druid or two in the ranks. Druids strengthen their battle companions with powerful spells, heal their wounds, and resurrect their dead comrades.

Specialization and skills
Each battle that passes strengthens weapons and hones the skills of the Druids. The more a Druid battles and trains, the stronger he becomes.
The reaching of level 15 is a crossroads in the life of a Druid. He must decide he wishes to focus on the powers of healing and the summoning of minions, or to turn himself into a fierce creature and step directly into the fray.
A visit to the Class Trainer is in order and the decision must be made as to which of the two specializations the Viridi-Druid wishes to follow.
Viridi-Druids will learn skill after skill up to level 40 depending on the specialization chose. After which, even harder training awaits. How they progress through this stage will show whether they are the one who will fulfil the prophecy of ELIGIUM.
