Last year indie developer Crows Crows Crows (The Stanley Parable) teamed up with Justin Roiland’s (co-creator of Rick and Morty) Squanchtendo to release a bizarre, and darkly comedic virtual reality (VR) title called Accounting, which launched for free on HTC Vive. Now the studios – Squanchtendo recently changed its name the Squanch Games – have announced a successor in the form of Accounting+, exclusive to PlayStation VR.

Much like the first title, Accounting+ is a ‘nightmare comedy adventure’, just this time it’s twice as big as before and it’ll be playable during the PlayStation Experience in Anaheim this weekend.

Featuring the vocal talents of Roiland, Rich Fulcher (The Mighty Boosh), Cassie Steele (Degrassi: The Next Generation) and Arin Hanson (Game Grumps) among others, Accounting+ will have you playing with bombs, cutting weird characters open, playing the bone xylophone and other bizarre activities. And of course there’s the vocal Tree Guy, who’ll be as helpful as last time by swearing at you constantly.

To get a better idea of what’s in store check out the first trailer for Accounting+ below. The title is due for release on PlayStation VR on 19th December 2017. Unlike the PC version however Accounting+ isn’t free, retailing for $11.99 USD/€11.99 EUR/ £11.99 GBP, but there is a 15% discount available if you pre-order. At present there’s been no confirmation on whether Accounting+ will support other VR headsets in the future.
