So, What is Crossfire Kei?

Crossfire is a MMOFPS (Massive Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter) developed by Smile gay, published by the G4BOX and Silver Birch Studios. At first; it gives off the huge aura of "another counter strike clone? Damn". Well, that's what I got to. But being a tester, I went for it anyway!

I'm so glad I tried it in the end; it was prettty worth it. Just beginning thoughts anyhow. It has a traditional MMOFPS game (this does not include Counter Strike, they are just FPS) with the lobby and item shops and so forth. And they also feature the traditional "good vs bad guys" "Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist". In this case, The Global Risk or the Black Listed.

Gameplay

Alright so since most of this is pretty standard... as you can't change most of it for a mmofps, I'll be skipping along some concepts such as the game modes.
Speaking of the game modes; lets start with that.
There were 4 game modes that I saw (this is the first day of the beta by the way; who knows, maybe there was a patch)
There are:
Team Match
Team Deathmatch
Anniliation Match
Ghost Match

Team Match is your standard De'Dust from counter strike. You kill eachother and the opposing team plants a bomb, let it blow up; you lose. Kill them all or defuse the bomb, you win! Very simple and easy to follow; very routine of most FPS these days

Speaking of routine, Team Deathmatch. 2 teams placed on a map and forced to kill eachother until the kill limit is up. No c4 here, just good ol killing.

Now here's where Crossfire tried to mix things up. While the other two require you to buy your own equipment (explained later), Annilation will provide you the weapons splayed in front of you on a first-steal me- first-use me basis. You have your MP5, Steyr, Dragnuvs, AWP's, AK47. You run for it and pick up and then from here it just plays out as another Team Death match, running off to kill the other team.

Ghost Match is the most unique of them all. The BlackListed are ghost who are to plant a C4. What? Isn't this Team match? well; no. You see... BlackListed can only use knives and the Global Risk gets to use guns. Damn; you got some bombs, but is that really fair against guns? Course not; that's why the black listed are invisible! It's not called Ghost Match for no reason :P This mode can call for very halarious moments or very cursy moments where you thanked the heavens voice chat was not implemented in game :P
