Nexon just sent out a press release about the Pre-Open Beta Schedule of Mabinogi in the two-day period of February 23rd - 24th. All Nexon.net users will be able to experience the Fantasy Life previoustly before the Open Beta starts. Closed Beta testers can use the same client for the Open Beta.

Mabinogi will be available for all Nexon.net users! February 23rd - 24th marks the two-day period where the Fantasy Life will be open to everyone. Regrettably, characters created during this time will not transfer to Open Beta. This is a great opportunity for our users to learn more about Mabinogi and gain a headstart when Open Beta officially launches! Purpose of this Pre-Open Beta is to test the stability of our servers. Looking forward to seeing you inside the Mabinogi world!

About Mabinogi

This is a fantasy MMORPG based on the Celtic mythology, Mabinogion. Unlike other games, when a player starts off in-game they may choose an age for their character instead of a class. For every Saturday that passes, the character will age one year and as a result they will recieve higher level-up stats and such. A unique feature in this game is the rebirthing of characters. You can choose to rebirth your character back to level one (resetting everything) except the skills you have learned in your previous life. By rebirthing you will be able to have more skills than a player who does not choose to rebirth.
