With the Korean Hellgate London logo on them, which means that they most likely have been created by Hanbitsoft who are the Korean publishers of the game. These figurines appear to be actual toys rather than collectibles such as the Weta figures, so one can only hope for a more affordable price.
As of now, no pricing details have been announced or plans on distributions and these may just be prototypes.
