It is the future, the world has run out of oil and slowly running out of
other resources and now faces a crisis. Fortunately for the rest of the world,
one of their problems has been solved. A substance called Mittron has been found
on Mittron Island. This can be used as fuel and is much more efficient than oil.
The cars of Mittron Island are faster and smoother than regular cars.
You
are an OMD driver hired by the government of Mittron island. Recently, a
scientist has been making illegal cars, called HUVs. Whether these cars are man
driven or are driven by a computer is still unknown. These HUVs have caused
serious problems around Mittron Island, stealing Mittron and things from the
government which can help make more HUVs, injuring hundreds of civilians in high
speed accidents, and keeping OMD drivers on their toes. It?s up to you, the
government?s top driver, to solve the case and find out who?s behind the
diabolical scheme. Go through the four cities of Mittron Island completing
missions and making a name for yourself in DRIFT
CITY!
Game Modes
The main game
mode is free roam. You can explore the 4 cities of Mittron Island for fun, if
you find a police officer on the way they can give you patrol missions which
makes you go to all corners of the city. You can choose to take the scenic
routes to speed through shortcuts.
Each city also has 4 stations. You can
do various things at these stations.
