Backstory

In 2086, American scientists found hormone HD-101 in the milk powder, a kind of hormone harmful to the growth of the baby. After the news was spread across the globe through medias, a "breast feeding" campaign swept the whole world. Milk powder companies were hit hard and the sales dropped abruptly. The top three milk powder companies decided to join hands to develop nutritious milk powder which is free of harm. Eventually, they reached their goal. However, they encountered an obstacle when trying to market their new products. The newly developed milk powder could not break into the market due to a lack of trust from the customers. In order to dispel people's worries, they came up with an idea of holding a large scale event, which, specifically is to hold a super large international action racing contest for the children around the world. The healthiest super baby will be selected to act as the image spokesman for the milk powder of the year. In this way, the new milk powder will be promoted and marketed around the world.

Six candidates will be selected from the various countries and regions after going through first round and second round contests. They will compete in the final round in the lush beautiful Hawaii
