Install Errors

Q. When I click the "download" link on the C9 official homepage, it doesn't do anything. It just seems to reload the page but not start the download.
A. You need to have Internet Explorer 32 bit to download it from the official website.

Running Errors

Q. When I start the launcher, it just freezes before I can login, and doesn't react anymore. This happens every time I launch it. A. 1. Go to Start > Program Access and Settings > Change or delete programs. Delete the following program:
2. Open your Internet Explorer again and visit the http://c9.hangame.com website, log in, and click the yellow flash Start button. Install any programs it asks you to.
3. Your launcher should now work again.

Q. I can't access the launcher or the game website with IE. It just opens a blank page.

Q. After clicking the Start button on the launcher, this error (the picture bellow) or a Gameguard error (error 153) pops up. I'm using Windows 7.

A. 1 - Download the file named Game Guard here: http://www.mediafire.com/?ptglmgjj0rc
2 - Make a copy of this file, put one at the Game Guard Folder and one at C9 game folder.
3 - Overwrite any game guard.des files with the download one on the folders above.
4 - Run the game.

Q. I'm getting this or this weird font error!
A. After you install the game, don't change your System Local language. If you did, change it back. If it still doesn't work after you change it back, reinstall the game.

Ingame Errors

Q. I can't enter any dungeons or arena anymore. The little blue/yellow bar above my exp bar is empty too.
A. The blue/yellow bar is your stamina. Once it reaches 0 you can't enter any dungeons or arena's anymore. This bar refills daily at 7 AM Korean time.

Q. I'm lvl 10, and I can't enter any dungeons or arena anymore. I still have enough stamina. What's wrong? The following blue error message comes up when I try to enter a dungeon:
A. You have to upgrade your class first. You can do this at your skill trainer.

Q. When inviting someone to my party, this message comes up:
A. It means the other person is already in a party.

Q. When inviting someone to my party, this message comes up:
A. It means the other person refused to join your party.

Q. When trying to join someone to my guild/etc, this message comes up:
A. It means the other person is not in the same channel / near you.

Q. I was trying something but this message popped up:
A. It means you cannot perform the action during the match/dungeon.

Q. When trying to join someone to my guild, this message comes up:
A. The other person is already in a guild.

Q. When trying to enter a dungeon / arena with my party, this message comes up:
A. The person between brackets has run out of stamina and can't enter any more dungeons / arenas that day.

Q. When opening my gift / bought item, I get this error message:
A. The item has expired.
