Biosfear is originally knowns as Laghaim in Korea, brought to Europe by Tiscali. In the winter of 2357, planet Earth was bereft of life. Mankind had to find a new planet to survive. They found New Earth, a planet with similar atmospheric conditions to earth, but located millions of miles away.
When the mission to New Earth was ready, 500,000 people were selected to travel on the Salvation Spaceship, leaving behind the sorry polluted shell of the original Earth.

The Story of BiosFear

In the winter of 2357, planet Earth was bereft of life. Mankind had to find a new planet to survive. They found New Earth, a planet with similar atmospheric conditions to earth, but located millions of miles away.
When the mission to New Earth was ready, 500,000 people were selected to travel on the Salvation Spaceship, leaving behind the sorry polluted shell of the original Earth.

During the seven-year long space journey to New Earth, 330,000 people perished. When the last 170,000 survivors landed on New Earth a dangerous menace was waiting for them. Three hostile races living on New Earth were waging a war. The human survivors had to face the Bulkan, Kailipton and Aidia race in ferocious battles. The planet was too small for these three races to coexist. Diplomacy was not an option.

A year on and things were no better - people were exhausted. In desperation, the humans decided to use the force of Gauts, a very strong energy powerful enough to destroy New Earth. The Gauts force was mounted on three ion missiles and each one was pointed at the three races. Using this energy would destroy at least half the surface of New Earth. It was a difficult decision to make.

Just four hours before the launch of the ion missiles, Progmare, the most powerful alien race in the universe attacked New Earth. The warriors from all four races including the human race sustained terrible damage and their strategic bases were destroyed. The humans never had a chance to launch the Gauts missiles. Another attack by the Progmare would kill all four races on the planet.

The four races realize that their only hope to beat the Progmare was to join forces. The Human, Bulkan, Kailipton and Aidia race signed a truce treaty and formed a fragile alliance to protect Laghaim from the common enemy, the Progmare.

Laghaim is called the blessed land. The human race did away with the name New Earth after the alliance was formed. They were going to start all over again. Humankind's last hope was to fight until the end in the blessed land.

Laghaim - The name of planet for this game

The adventure takes place on Laghaim, the name of planet, which means the "blessed land" in native aliens' language. A similar size to earth, Laghaim has fresh air and temperate climates, in addition to 3 alien tributes and 22 vast zones.

Laglamia - The place of blessing and wisdom

Before great war, Laglamia is the place of meeting to resolve peacefully all problems of all Laghaim tribes peacefully. And even after the great war, with the rule that 'nobody can fight in Laglamia', it became the place of negotiation to all tribes. Many buildings with older than 100 year history are there without any scars of the war. But after invasion of Progmare, it could keep the peace because of the attribute of Progmare that doesn't like water and now become a strategically important place against its invasion.

Dekardi Fields

Dekardi fields are located in West-Northern part of Laglamia area. Its north and west borders reach the sea, and in east, it reaches the territory of Aidia, while the territories of Bulkan, and Kailipton are located in East and South respectively. With its barren ground - it doesn't have many trees - cattle-raising is impossible due to fierce monsters. Small grasses and sands are spread with small forests. After the collapse of Deckdun tribe, this land became deserted land. The Humans established their village here, and became a channel between the territory of Bulkan and Kailipton after the invasion of the Progmare. Dekaran, the cemetery of Laghaim and Dekadun ruins are placed here.

Shilon Field - The habitat of dinosaurs

A lot of battles took place to secure this great place for hunting dinosaurs. As a result, facilities such as Boldin Castle or Stony Castle were constructed for effective defense, and the tribe who owns Boldin castle dominated the northern sector of Shilon field, while the Master of Stony castle controlled the Southern part. Since some dinosaurs gained intelligence and took control of Stony castle, the actual dominating power of Shilon is on Boldin Castle. Due to numerous battles here, Dark souls - the ghosts of the deceased in the battle - are hanging around, with strong magic attacks. So, people with lower than 100 level hardly enter this area and hunting without a strong party is dangerous. There are plenty of conflicts taking place because PvP(Player Vs Player) is enabled here and people can witness individual conflict or massive combat.

Paros - The holy place of ancient magicians

Paros, which is located between dimensions, has been inherited by the words in legend, but recently proved to be a real place with a number of antiques. Ancient magician tribe with strong magic power happened to find this place, when the gate of space and time opened by chance. They have built a city, and kept their knowledge, but invasions of outer space aliens perished this city.
