Royal Wizard Society

The Royal Wizard Society, comprised of only the wizards who were highly successful in the Way of Warrior, is in charge of managing and supervising all magical incidents and Sowel trade in the Alpen Kingdom. The members of the society also play the important of studying the history and geography of Tales Kingdom and other worlds as well as unsolved mysteries. Some of the most renowned wizards in the society are Smela, the Job Change Supervisor in Silaris, and Ian the miscellaneous storeowner in Alpen.
Royal Resources Management Council

The Royal Resources Management Council is in charge of handling and supervising matters related to Sowels. Therefore their most important task is to maintain and repair the Sowel Collector. Some of the most well-known members of the Royal Resources Management Council are Lua and Biana, who own Sowel stores.

NPC
Saurus:Engineer:Guide for rookies
When your character is born in Alpen, the first NPC you will see is Saurus. Unlike other NPCs, Saurus looks very similar to the wolf monsters living in the Alpen Continent. It's because Saurus was originally a Sandra mechanical engineer, and the monsters were originally Sandras. He's an expert in mechanical engineering and Sowel engine, so he will be the one who will give you various missions related to Sowel and the Alpen Kingdom.
Lua:Sowel Store
Lua is the owner of the Sowel Store selling Sowels. Sowel is a holy metal originally used as an alchemy material, but is now usually used in upgrading weapons and armors. Therefore Sowels sold at stores respond differently to armors and weapons. Lua is a descendent of the high priest Udius, so has in-depth knowledge of Sowels. That's why Lua is in charge of teaching newcomers to Alpen about Sowels. She has a shortcoming in that she thinks she's the most beautiful woman in the Alpen Kingdom.

However, the next few weeks will be very interesting for the US and the European fans of this game ;). Indeed this game kicks as and in my opinion Diablo 3 can't beat Hellgate in any way. Hellgate is definitely an awesome game!

the only reason that its similar to perfect world is because its the same graphic engine. i love this graphic engine because you don't need a high tech alien computer to function the game with amazing visuals! anyway, the ancient civilazations concept is original and cool. i can't wait to try this game!)

its really a great game with its own story and history(there were different Allods games for like, 10 years?) and though it really resembles wow in its design and graphic it surely rivals it
