Neo-human first adopted electromagnetism weapon in their Armors, and this combination later proved excellent performance.
Therefore, scientists of Mars redirected their research for on-going Armors. The research team was divide into three subs, one of which specialized in developing electromagnetism-armed Armors.
"Soul" came into being as the first product of this research team, which was armed with new engine and enhanced electromagnetism weapons.
But regretfully, this model was fairly welcomed at early time. It regained people's attention until the first expedition.

This is the Armor of the well-known neo-human pilot Ling Ling. It is equipped with electromagnetism weapons -- the peace breaker who was behind the "Bleeding Night" in 2128.
Ling Ling's Armor made its safe retreat from enemy siege which outnumbered it by several hundred times after 27-hour fighting. This record could largely be owed to the reduction of 50% of its energy consumption.
There was only one experimental Armor of this model, and it was destroyed in the last battle in the second expedition.

"Nightfall" is the complete version of the leaked "Myth". The figuration of the Armor and its experiment data were finished in 2128, but the development was put off because of the war and its high cost.
"Nightfall" research was restarted in 2134, and the first experimenting model was finished in the summer of 2135. But its use was limited due to the high cost.
The enhancement of Nightfall covered some key attributes of long-range Armors. Compared with Myth, the most distinctive feature of Nightfall was that its fire-range enhancement was not only limited to particle weapons.
